At 1ST COVERALL, we want to make sure you get the most wear out of your new garments. Proper care is essential not only for maintaining a clean and professional appearance but also for preserving the quality and durability of your uniforms.

Proper care extends the life, appearance, and quality of your uniforms. Follow these tips:

  • Check the care label before washing for fabric-specific instructions.
  • Pre-wash prep: Close zippers, undo buttons, and empty pockets.
  • Use cold or warm water as per manufacture instructions.
  • Mild detergent only – avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
  • Wash lights and darks separately, especially during first washes.
  • Skip fabric softeners.
  • Dry gently: as per manufacture instructions.
  • Iron as per manufacture instructions & not over logos/embroidery.
  • Store properly: Hang on sturdy hangers in a ventilated space.

Note: Embroidery ring marks are normal and will wash out after the first wash.
